News : Salon Culinaire Hospitality Awards for the Globe

The Globe Arena has beaten off stiff Premiership Club competition to win a Bronze medal and other awards in the Salon Culinaire Hospitality Awards 2011. The competitions were held at the Birmingham NEC on the 24th January 2011 and were attended by Morecambe FC's Head Chef Graham Aimson and Chef's Douglas Fishwick and Sam Schofield. The Awards for Morecambe Football Club are as follows:

  • Bronze Award - Graham Aimson (Head Chef) - Major International Contract Catering/Football Stadia Awards.
  • Bronze Award - Douglas Fishwick - Major International Contract Catering/Football Stadia Awards.
  • Silver Award - Sam Schofield - Traditional Pasta Dish.
  • Best Team - Graham Aimson & Douglas Fishwick - For their demonstration of excellent food safety standards.
  • Best of Day - Graham Aimson & Douglas Fishwick - For their demonstration of excellent food safety standards.
  • Best of Week - Graham Aimson & Douglas Fishwick - For their demonstration of excellent food safety standards.
